Is fitness worth it?

Is fitness worth it?

Maybe I’m biased because I’m a fitness guy, but in my opinion everyone should be in a fitness program.   It takes work, butisn’t it worth it to reduce the odds of getting ill, maintaining functionality, staying lean, keeping a fast metabolism to keep you trim, and ultimately slowing down the aging process?

So what’s the #1 reason people aren’t in a fitness program….

  •  2 to 3 times a week going to the gym for 30 minutes – mentally attainable
  • Hire a coach to teach you efficient strategies to be fit– successful people hire coaches
  • If you’re intimidated by gyms, then join my fitness center – we offer a studio like atmosphere perfect for getting started
  • Find a few friends to start with you – retention is the best when you have a community

If you DON’T choose fitness………..this is what you’re agreeing too.

  • Less energy
  • Muscle mass decreasing quickly
  • A higher risk of disease
  • Increased risk for injury
  • A slower metabolism – making it easier to gain weight
  • Aging faster
  • Not enjoying retirement to your fullest capacity
