Warm up: 2x
10 squat hold
4 inch worms
50 jump rope singles
10 back extensions
10 good mornings
8 Shoulder Presses

Work out:
Week 3 of strength
8-6-4

Power clean (dead lifts for Leslie)
shoulder press

5 rounds
8 weighted sit ups
6 pull ups
4 burpees
100 jump rope singles
