Warm Up:
10 Back extensions
5 inch warms
lunges with stretches
Walking toe touches
8 push ups
8 sit ups

Work Out:

Week 4 of Strength:
8-6-4
Back Squat
Bench press

4 rounds

8 Med Ball Over the shoulder tosses
13 DB Cleans
13 push ups
22 Knees to elbows
20 Box Jumps
15 Weighted squats (Use KB for weight)
