4 inch worms
lunge w leg pull
toy soldiers

5 Bench Press
8 Med Ball tosses from chest or ply push up if the ball is scary

500 row sprint
25 Wall Balls
25 Pull ups
400 row sprint
20 Wall Balls
20 Pull Ups
300 row sprint
15 Wall Balls
15 Pull Ups
200 row sprint
10 Wall Balls
10 Pull Ups
100 row sprint
