8 shoulder press - good morning - back squat
8  hip ext
8 kettle bell swings
8 push ups
8 pull ups
 
5x5 - work up to a heavy 5
Bench Press
 
15 min am rap
3 Deadlifts @ 135/95
6 clean and jerks @ 65/45
