Warm Up 

200 meter row 

8 OH squats 

8 OH lunges 

3 inch womrs 

 

Strength:  

3 Back Squat OTM for 8 Mins 

 

Conditioning:

10 mins 

1-2-3-4……10 

Snatch 115/45 - set appropriate weights 

Dips 

 

*** go to 10 unbroken then you are done 

*** if you can’t make all the reps of a set you have to start over at 1, and go the full 10 mins if you can’t complete all 1-10 unbroken
