Cross Training Workout 12/18/15

Warm up 

200 meter row 

walking quad stretch 

lunge and toe stretch 

8 oh squats 

 

5 rounds 

3 Power Cleans 

8 behind the head press - wide grip (use push press if can’t go behind head) 

3 Chin Ups - add weight if needed 

45 sec wall sit 

.125 sprint or 1 min on a different piece of equipment
