Cross Training Workout 1/25/16

Warm up 

2 min cardio 

8 squats 

8 push ups 

8 hip ext 

 

 

3 Hang Snatch OTM for 5 mins - light 

3 Power Snatch OTM for 5 mins - mid-heavy 

3 Squat Snatch or 3 Power Snatch + Oh Squats OTM for 5 mins - work on skill 

 

Conditioning 

4 rounds 

1 rope climb or 5 strict chin ups 

10 Hip Ext 

15 Butterfly Sit Ups
