Warm Up (2x)

200 meter row 

8 Squats 

4 inch worms 

8 hip ext  

 

Run 800 meters 

 

6 rounds or 25 min time cap 

3 Power Snatch 55/45 

10 Burpees 

5 Pull Ups - use weight if needed 

20 Wall Balls 

 

Work on rolling out  

hip mobility
