8 oh squats 

lateral lunges 

4 inch worms 

 

 

3 Back Squats OTM for 8 Mins 

then: 

 

4 min AMRAP 

15 KB Swings 

7 Box Jumps  

rest 1 min 

4 min AMRAP 

5 Kipping pull ups 

12 push ups 

rest 1 min 

4 min AMRAP 

20 Double Unders 

3 power cleans - 185/95 

 

Then: 

3 rounds 

10x ea side - Plank w/ knee to elbows 

15 Butterfly sit ups - use weight if needed 

10 knee to elbows
