walking quad pull 

walking knee pull 

4 inch worms 

 

Wide grip bench 

8-8-6-4 

  • add weight each time you go down in reps

 

5 rounds 

10 total weighted lunges 

8 ea arm - single arm - single foot - shoulder press (balance) 

30 secs v-twist with med ball 

 

4 rounds 

15 Sledge hits ea side 

1 min wall sit 

30 sec l-hold
