Warm up 

2 min cardio - then 2x 

walking quad pull 

lunge with toe stretch 

lateral lunge 

 

3 Back Squats OTM for 8 Mins 

*** add weight half way through  

*** you worked up to 75% last time 

 

6 rounds 

200 meter row 

5 strict shoulder press at 25-35lbs 

45 sec plank  

 

roll out legs 

stretch arms w/ bands
